Bartos Industries Welcomes Richard Luna as Sales Engineer

Industry veteran brings more than two decades of HVAC, manufacturing, and construction experience

[Irving, TX] — August 28, 2026 — Bartos Industries announces that Richard Luna has joined the company as a Sales Engineer. In this role, Richard will work directly with local MEP and design-build firms, provide technical product expertise to clients, and help deliver optimized systems across Bartos’ project portfolio.

Richard brings a wealth of experience across the HVAC, manufacturing, and construction sectors, with a reputation for team building, technical troubleshooting, and high-level client relations. He has deep product knowledge across the Bartos line, with particular expertise in products from Bartos’ new manufacturing partner, Loren Cook.

Before joining Bartos, Richard spent more than four years at Johnson Barrow Inc. as a Sales Engineer specializing in air distribution products and was responsible for developing air distribution division and team. Prior to that, he spent 17 years at ACI Mechanical & HVAC Sales, holding roles from Inside Sales to General Manager, where he oversaw full P&L operations and drove customer satisfaction. Richard holds a degree from Portland State University.
