Just over a year ago, Bartos entered a new chapter—one defined by clarity of purpose, strategic investment, and a renewed commitment to serving our customers at the highest level. Looking back, the progress has been both meaningful and measurable, and it’s positioning Bartos to deliver even greater value in the years ahead.
Investing in People, Space and Collaboration
One of the most visible signs of this evolution is our new office space in Irving. Designed to better serve both our team and our customers, the expanded, modern workspace reflects a deliberate investment in collaboration, efficiency, and connection. Bringing Bartos, Shared Services, and Standard Supply under one roof has streamlined communication, strengthened coordination, and made it easier for us to support projects from concept through completion.
These operational improvements may happen behind the scenes, but the impact is felt directly by our customers in the form of faster response times, better coordination, and a more connected support team.
Living Our Values Every Day
Over the past year, Bartos has been intentional about building a team aligned around shared values: positivity, tenacity, and collaboration, grounded in a strong commitment to family and career. This focus has guided our hiring, training, and leadership approach, resulting in a growing team of experienced professionals who are deeply invested in doing the right thing for our customers.
We’ve expanded our sales organization, enhanced onboarding and training programs, and strengthened internal support functions, all with one goal in mind: making it easier to work with Bartos and easier for projects to succeed.
Enhancing the Customer Experience
Connecting with customers in meaningful ways has also been a priority. Over the past year, we’ve hosted our first Voice of Customer event, launched a well-attended Product Showcase at Globe Life Field, and held educational engineering seminars. These interactions have reinforced what we value most—strong relationships, open dialogue, and a shared commitment to high-performance building solutions.
The feedback has been clear: customers want to engage more deeply with Bartos, and we’re committed to meeting that expectation through education, events, and hands-on support.
Strengthening Field and Technical Support
To further support our customers and manufacturer partners, we introduced a dedicated Startup and Warranty Program, complete with focused leadership and dispatch coordination. This investment improves responsiveness in the field, ensures smoother startups, and reinforces our role as a trusted partner throughout the full lifecycle of the equipment we represent.
Growing With Purpose
All of this progress is underpinned by strong performance. Bartos is already seeing the benefits of these changes compared to last year.
