Bartos Industries Welcomes Ken Clayton as Director of Sales

IRVING, Texas (March 30, 2026) – Bartos Industries is pleased to announce the addition of Ken Clayton as Director of Sales. In this role, Clayton will lead sales strategy and support the continued growth of Bartos’ HVAC and acoustics business across North Texas.

Clayton brings a well-rounded background that combines technical expertise with a disciplined, relationship-focused approach to sales. His career spans roles in project management, estimating, and sales leadership, with experience at organizations including CLIMATEC and Distech Controls. Throughout his career, Clayton has built a reputation for helping customers navigate complex building challenges by delivering thoughtful, effective solutions. Now, he’s using his experience to teach the next generation of sales leaders.

Outside of work, Clayton enjoys spending time with his two young sons and collecting antique paper currency, with a particular interest in the history behind each piece.
