Bartos Industries Names Chris Frye Vice President of Sales Operations

HVAC industry veteran brings more than 27 years of experience across rep firms, manufacturers, and mechanical contractors

[Irving, TX] — September 20, 2025 — Bartos Industries today announced that Chris Frye has joined the company as Vice President of Sales Operations. In this role, Frye will lead Bartos’ sales operations and help drive the company’s continued growth.

Frye brings more than 27 years of experience in the HVAC industry, having held sales and management roles spanning service, equipment, and national accounts. He has worked across rep firms, manufacturers, and mechanical contractors, including with several major industry leaders.

Throughout his career, Frye has built a reputation for developing high-performing sales organizations through a focus on client success, market expertise, collaborative partnerships, and organizational excellence.

Frye holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri and an MBA from Franciscan University of Steubenville. He lives in McKinney, Texas, with his wife, Kathleen, and their two daughters.
